Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wicked Wax & Glow. Every product we make is handmade in small batches and packed with care from our small business in Henrietta, Texas.

Because our products are handmade bath, body, and home fragrance items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once we review the information, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns

Due to the personal-use nature of our body butters, body oils, bath bombs, and other bath/body products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If you need to request a return for an unopened and unused item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

Scent Preferences

We do our best to describe each scent as clearly as possible, but scent preferences are personal. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because a scent was not your favorite.

If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend starting with a smaller size when available.

Melted Products

Some products, especially whipped body butters and oil-based items, may soften or melt during shipping in warm weather.

If this happens, place the product in a cool room or refrigerator until it firms back up. Melting may slightly change the whipped texture, but the product is still usable.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for melting caused by heat during transit, but please contact us if there is a major issue with your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
