Thank you for supporting Wicked Wax & Glow. Every order is packed with care from our small handmade business in Henrietta, Texas.

Processing Time

Our products are handmade in small batches, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During busy seasons, product drops, holidays, or large order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Most orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, but delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other situations outside of our control.

Warm Weather Notice

Some products, especially body butters and other oil-based items, may soften or melt during shipping in warmer temperatures.

If this happens, place the product in a cool room or refrigerator until it firms back up. Melting may slightly change the whipped texture, but the product is still safe to use.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Wicked Wax & Glow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not already shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You are also welcome to reach out to us, and we will do what we can to help guide you through the next steps.

Local Orders

If local pickup or delivery is available, details will be shared at checkout, through our social media, or by direct communication.
