Wicked Wax & Glow offers handmade bath, body, and home fragrance products, including body butters, body oils, bath bombs, wax melts, and squeezable wax melts.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations may occur in color, texture, scent strength, appearance, weight, or packaging. These small differences are part of the handmade process and do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.

We do our best to display product photos, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Product Use

Our bath and body products are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Our wax melts and squeezable wax melts are for use in approved wax warmers only. They are not for use on skin and are not edible.

Please keep all products out of reach of children and pets unless supervised by an adult.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or concerns about any ingredient, please review the product ingredients carefully before use. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for you.

Shipping and Processing

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wicked Wax & Glow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery time and handling are outside of our direct control.

Due to the personal-use nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.

Warm Weather and Melting

Some products, especially whipped body butters and oil-based products, may soften or melt during shipping in warm weather.

If melting occurs, place the product in a cool room or refrigerator until it firms back up. Melting may change the whipped texture, but the product is still usable unless otherwise damaged.
